Your booking is confirmed once we have received your completed booking and your non-refundable deposit of £111.

The retreat investment is £777 per person.

Two upper bunk places are available at £700 and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Flexible payment plans are available by agreement with Gemma and Phoenix.

The full balance must be paid by 30th September 2026.

The £111 deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel more than six weeks before the retreat, any payments made above the deposit will be refunded.

If you cancel between six weeks and four weeks before the retreat, 50% of the total retreat fee will be retained.

If you cancel within four weeks of the retreat start date, the full retreat fee is non-refundable.

If we are able to fill your place from a waiting list, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund beyond these terms, although this cannot be guaranteed.

If we need to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to transfer your booking to a future retreat.

By booking, you confirm that you take responsibility for your own physical, emotional and mental wellbeing throughout the retreat.

Photographs may be taken during the retreat for future promotional purposes. We will always respect your wishes, and no identifiable photographs of you will be used without your consent.
